This year’s edition of Foodservice Facts is hot off the presses, complete with that luscious “new publication” smell. Over the next couple of days I’ll be previewing some of the content, notably:
- Where Canadians source their meals (hint: results may not be accurate for 30 year old guys who still live at home)
- Average check size by type of restaurant
- Top 10 beverages (or some subset thereof … if you want the whole list, yer gonna hafta buy the book)
Also — a belated blogaversary to us! It’s been a year since the first tentative Newsbite posts went live. Here’s to twelve more months of coffee talk and exasperating videos.
